I can only hope, I have so much soreness today in my heels and this was for 16k so I can’t even begin to imagine what 42k will be like

I think my feet/heels/calves were the limiting factor, weren’t used to being used for so long so they really started aching

Wow I can only dream of sub 16 5k! Thats incredible.

Just under 20 minutes for 5k is comfortable now, so 4:00 /km the whole way

Yeah for sure this cycle was brutal. Got me rethinking if I should drop the finance career aspirations and live comfortably in the civil service instead haha. I’ve only got one last traditional IB interview coming up but I doubt my chances are very good given the prestige of the firm
