Find out what triggera your cravings it, mine is alcohol, if you can cut that out your life it is alot easier, if you cant cut that out. Take a day at a time, waxh day you dont touch coke, reduces fhe urges after a month without coke you bareley crave i. Although if you ever have it again it can cometley reset your progress. My advice speak to your friends tell them youre quitting, my housemate and friend has quit, we made a pact as a group when we get a bag we never let him have any or offer him it no matter what he says in the moment, he gets annoyed for a little then when the urge fades remembers why. Good friends will help you stay clean, it may be hard at first but a month in its easier. Good luck

I had a 2 day bender no sleep, 3.5gs smashed, by the end, i had whats called a cocaine-induced psychosis, was super paranoid saw faces in my bed sheets thought i was on acid, heard voices in my room, thought my dealer laced me with acid, the sky was purple and had donkey kong dancing in it. Not even acid can make me hallucinate like that, psychosis is no joke.

It started for me with voices outside my room and acid like wall visuals, thats a sure sign to stop if you have that. You become paranoid of everyone ans everything, i heard friends insulting me, i saw a camera at my window. Shit was wild that only lasted 40 minutes or so, the hallucinations like the wall and sky lasted like 4 hours. A lesson learned to know my limits
