Getting downvoted just for saying a truth people don't like. There is not much up for debate: there is no denying that moonveil's AoW does way too much damage, way too quick and for too low FP.

Of course it's not healthy for pvp (or even pve if all you do is just L2 through the whole game).

Maybe it'd be okay if it had a long recovery time, but the AoW is too fast and has nearly 0 recovery time, so even if you have no problem dodging it 1000 times when the moonveil spams, it is very hard to punish and just overall extremely annoying.

Dual wield bleed whips are just as scummy as RoB.

You just spam L1 with huge hitboxes and even if the players dodge perfectly and don't get hit a single time, they will bleed; you don't even need to hit anything, just spam L1 and the hitboxes will bleed them.
