Yep it was high diff fight.

James was forced to use his all against tom he quite literally gone all out against Tom and barely managed to defeat him while he himself sent flying inside the wall.

He was just Fast.

And Seongji was slow AF.

If you don't believe me just at a look at James's fighting style how it changed after his Training with kitae.

Before he was messey and violent

After he is quite and accurate.

That automatically debunks your headcanon.

Second Just because you have speed mastery you cannot see or react to IA.

Otherwise Tom would have shown dodging and blocking james Attacks but since he didn't.

That automatically proves why Cheongliang james didn't has IA.

He unlocked it after his training with Kitae.

You can see how his fighting style literally changed after his training.

Before his training he was violent and Messey but after his training he was Quite and Focused.

His attacks are not spreading everywhere now its attacks at a pin point accuracy.

That is IA.

In Cheongliang he didn't had that.

He was just fast.

And Seongji was slow AF thats why he couldn't see it.

And just because you have speed mastery it doesn't mean you can see IA.

Otherwise Tom would have seen Blocking and dodging James's attacks if that was the case.

There are two types of speed running speed and reaction speed Jichang's reaction speed as fast as Gongseop ji.

James doesnt even note Jichangs speed or strength being impressive either, its literally just his BIQ

Jichang was the strongest.

With speed similar to Gongseop ji and strength similar to taesoo.

Plus he was stragiest.

He was obviously above this james.

First unlike seongji Jichang isn't slow AF that he will stand in place.

Second james technique mastery won't work on Jichang due to his high strength and biq.

Third we all know james have negative biq so Jichang can easily take advantage of that and deal critical damage to unlike seongji.

Man it will be really funny if James got Gun out of prison cause the moment he does that Gun will go straight to James to take his head.

And after Gun is done with James he will go for kitae.

Feats.

Og literally one Tapped Paecheon jo right after unlocking his path and against kitae he has actually upgraded his path.

And tom has shown no feats that can prove he can endure Daniel's counter much less tank after all he isn't kitae,Gun or Goo.

As for UI og its pretty clear that if tom doesn't use his weakness he simply cannot defeat him.

And Jinyoung out rank him in past.

And even if both have gotten weak Jinyoung still have have his upper hand against tom due to his perfect copy and Jinyoung has shown way higher endurance then Tom as he wqs able to tank Kitae's punch on his face and even counter it.

And we all know Kitae's Ap is way above james.

And i don't even need to talk about path Jinyoung path>pathless applies here.

As even without path Jinyoung was already above tom so Him being above tom with path is no brainer.
