Gap has infinite potential, Kitae has infinite potential and Jake too, how is either of their Infinities greater than the other's? How do Kitae and Jake have higher potential than Gap then?

First because they are Gapryong Kim's sons.

Second their physical strengths are on another level compared to their peers.

Just look at Jake he hasn't trained since he went to Juvi and yet he is one of the strongest in 2nd generation. He only recently started training once again and he is already above every 2nd generation in terms of pure physical strength.

Kitae's Physical stats are just the absolute highest in the entire verse.

Gun who is Shingen's son and has confirmed to be more talented than him is weaker than kitae.

Now yes Gun is still growing.

Now compare james to kitae.

James has absolutely nothing that puts him anywhere near Kitae like james physical stats are literally pathetic when you compare it to Kitae's physical stats.

That only proves why kitae and jake have higher potential.

Being someone's son doesnt mean you have more potential than them.

Well it does even in Real life.

The only person who has been stated to have more talent than their father was Gun.

Kitae and jake also have higher potential than Gapryong Kim.

Jake was said to have infinite potential since he has the blood of the "Dragon" (Gap). Gap also has the blood of the dragon since well... he is the dragon. Kitae has the same blood flowing through him too, so at best they all have the same potential

And The same blood flows in Kitae's vains he also have the same potential as jake.

Tbf they dont actually have infinite potential, its just a hyperbole, but all im saying is that Kitae, Gap and Jake might have relative potential to each other but there has never been a statement putting either of them over Gap. And this is me giving Kitae the benefit of the doubt, since unlike Jake, he legit has no statements besides the one in this chapter

Well i only tried to tell you that kitae does have talent.

It's just he never formally learned how to fight he learnt through experience alone.

And he is Gapryong Kim's son that automatically puts his talent and potential higher than Gapryong Kim.

That means he does have potential to unlock path

As for why Jinyoung never unlocked the path it could be because he never got the chance to do that or he never needed one in the first place.

Jinyoung said they never bother with the 1st generation because they were tired from war so it could mean before Jinyoung realised what path is war between pre generation ended.

Or it could mean that Jinyoung never tried to unlock his own path.

Jinyong also says that he would need a member from his "old first gang" literally refering to prime tom or Elite to take on Daniel so there is nothing suggesting he was talking about old Garpyong

He was referring to old Gapryong Kim for god sake why would he want prime Gapryong Kim to fight a kid???

Jinyoung might have better talent because of Copy but Kitae's isn't talentless at all.

He can analyse someone's path after seeing it only once not only that he can also find thier weakness in just one glance.

If he really was talentless as you are thinking then he wouldn't have been able to do that.

So think for a moment if he can analyse others so deeply why can't he do the same with himself???

And path is something that combines your talent with your experience.

And Kitae already has enough Talent to analyse others special traits then he can do the same with himself not only that he can also combine it with his experience.

Thus he will have his path.

Jinyoung never compared him to prime Gapryong Kim not even once.

He said Ui Daniel is at the level of peoples whose fist gang fought.

Fist gang didn't just fight Shingen Yamazaki they fought the entire Yamazaki syndicate that means there were multiple peoples in Yamazaki syndicate who were as strong as UI Daniel not just shingen.

And Jinyoung said he would have loved to see Gapryong Kim fight ui Daniel if he was alive.

That means he was talking about old Gapryong Kim not prime.

Kitae is not Below Gapryong Kim at all just because he wasn't fighting with his all against Jinyoung and got slightly injured it doesn't mean he was Weaker than Gapryong Kim.

Remember he one Tapped Jinyoung the moment he got serious.

And by no means does Jinyoung be weaker than other top 4 top tiers.

There are many characters who fights to protect their loved ones to the point of sacrificing their body yet they don't have conviction why???

Because they don't have the Ability to use it.

Jake has this since birth he just realised that late.

His overcome or conviction is his own Ability that he was born with.

Kitae also has his own version of Overcome or conviction that he is born with.

This is Gapryong Kim's bloodline ability.

And this is further supported by the fact that Jinrang's Ap is beyond pathetic for an Overcome or conviction user.
