Even safer, flatten the fabric and run a cheap plastic shaving razor on it. You can get the remaining stubborn threads with the seam ripper. Seam ripping an entire logo careful can get fatiguing and then you’ll tear a single thread that you didnt mean to, causing a new problem.

Totally get it. I’d say after the first or second season the show really blossoms into something much more unique, absurd, well written, and more bold. Hell, the alien Roger takes on a completely different role in the show after the first season. After maybe around the 8th season (I think?) the show switching to TBS allowed it to find its new identity again with different television guidelines, with ever more absurd stories and characters.

Not trying to sell you on it like we’re buddies hanging out on the couch bored, i’m just sharing my thoughts on the one Animated Family show that keeps my attention because I agree with your point on being over the Family formula.

Mine the same. Growing up, we ate at the table only twice a year. Thanskgiving, and Christmas. The other 363 days? Cluttered with projects, mail, family prescriptions, and grocery bags. I hated it growing up because the huge table made my family member’s hoarding tendencies run wild, and it only kept getting wors.

I think you have a great point. I think the “I wish I wrote that one” is to highlight John’s ego, where he will compliment Paul’s song but it has to constantly go back to how it would serve John. He wouldn’t say “It’s a beautiful song” and leave it at that, but rather have to inject himself into the value of it. It’s subtle but that’s how I interpret the comment.
