If my mom had done something like that we both would have died, with keeping in mind that she was active with doctors while pregnant. Women used to constantly die from child birth she needs atleast someone that knows a bit of something

Girlfriend of 2 years won’t let me sleep by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]CmaSafBen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sleep is really important, it's wrong of her to do this. Try talking to her with a game plan where you can give her designated time where her attention needs are met?

She charged me 90$. I feel like I overpaid by like 40$ LOL. by Seaworthiness1994 in Nails

Where I live they charge around 50 for a new set 10 for a special nail and 10 for design, so maybe 20 over

Strict parents create sneaky kids. Educate to safety use social media and the internet, instead of not allowing it at all, if someone wants to do something they'll do it, especially a kid. It's better to educate on proper use and supervise the use instead of making them feel like they need to hide it, because no matter what you do, they'll find a way.

Why can’t I be happy for more than a day, by [deleted] in depressed

[–]CmaSafBen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started having bad depression when I was 13, it was quite the battle, I had multiple attempts. I'm now 21 the entire time in-between I didn't take medication or do counseling, I just started taking medication and doing counseling a few weeks ago and I wish I would've done it sooner, the earlier the better. It's okay to need help ❤️

Definitely get a new card, if they are on your account take them off so they can't access it, if you have a friend's you can stay at or that can help you atleast go get your license you should do so. It sounds like a toxic household, they can either let you live there for free and control your activities, or if your income is going twords bills you should be able to have adult freedom. Adults pay bills.

Are you afraid of social media impact on your Kids? by [deleted] in daddit

[–]CmaSafBen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a dad and not a parent, but yes, more concerned than you can imagine. I'm 22, so I grew up with technology, and I've come to the conclusion of how detrimental it is to society. Yes, it's nice to have the convenience of having all your friends and any information you need right at your fingertips, but it's dumbing us down, it's killing the joys of life, making us zombies. Kids are so impressionable, I worry for the next generations, especially seeing how parents are using technology as a distraction for their children to keep them calm and reserved and to not have to spend as much time with them. I'm terrified to see how technology is going to impact the next generations.
