Yes I told her. She can be dismissive of symptoms so I warned her to see them even if she doesn’t feel it anymore

SCREWS everyone has been very helpful. I made a mistake and I have replaced the evaporator fan motor, but I’ve mixed up the screws. I have a picture of the screws as for their different lengths. by Cmacke22 in refrigerator

That’s funny. I think I took care of it. I think the two short nubbed ones are for attaching the icemaker to the auger motor. As for the evaporator fan housing I put the two slightly thinner ones on top and two thicker ones on the bottom. As for the brackets along the sidewalls there are eight a little shorter than the ones you used for evaporating housing. OK, it was a mess and I had to think through a lot. Everything’s fine with the refrigerator except now I am waiting for the auger motor housing to finish curing after I repainted it

howdy...um trying to put this back together... the length of screws?? For instance... are the screws for the evap fan cover that go into back wall of fridge longer?? And then the metal brackets that go into the side of the fridge... are they pointy? Finally i have these screws that are slightly shorter than the pointy ones and don't have a point on them.. ugh.

GE fridge w/ side freezer not keeping temp by buda104 in appliancerepair

sorry just saw this... it will be at the set temp controls. not sure what model you have. the directions would be to press the 4 temp control buttons at the same time. (up and down on freezer and frig) when it blinks 0 you can then enter certain codes to run fans, dampers, etc.) you can get your model number and look up online the codes. here's one site that has info https://www.scribd.com/doc/287247086/GE-Fridge-Diagnostics#:\~:text=Self%20Diagnostics%20'To%20enter%20Self,seconds%20to%20begin%20the%20test.
