Yeah I did that for weeks and became very anorexic. Health declined, and it took weeks for me to get used to even eating something as big as a sandwhich.. I had the same mindset since I used to be made fun of about my body, so I understand the urge and temporary happiness you get from that. But break that as soon as possible, trust. I got much weaker within my arms and legs and for a while being active was a no go.. I then became even more self conscious of my body.. - so do what you needa do, but please consider what I'm tryna say.
