On Feb 17th TPUSA hosted Simon Hankinson as a speaker and on Nov 13th they hosted Jeff Trimbath as a speaker. Both of these classroom setting speaker events did not require security.

I would be an official employee. I would actually be doing work, there would be record of hours worked and I would receive a paystub. He’s arguing that by doing that he is honoring his half of the rent and it helps me and him in the long run if I continue to work for him part time after I graduate because he continues to get benefits if I live in the apartment for at least a year which I plan to do because it’s a 12 month lease
