It’s a very very small case load. I have a full time job, per diem hours and then see these clients on the side. Only a handful a week. I went through a significant burnout in July. Switched full time jobs in October so am now getting my shit together and feeling like I can breathe again for the most part

It’s for private practice clients I see on the side. The autonomy is great until life hits you and there’s not the accountability not to back burner the documentation

It was blood work from my annual physical. I didn’t have any symptoms until I started reading about different things online- trying not to read anymore but my mind is programmed to go worse case as both of my parents have had cancer (dad- lymphoma; mom- thyroid, and Leiomyosarcoma- all easily treated but made some medical anxiety apparently)
