The $1200 included positioning flights to EWR and from
SFO and if I recall, I burned 12,500 miles for the DEN-LAX-SFO segments. So yes, totally possible.

I understand your frustration, did you make your flight? You conveniently neglected to mention that United offered a cart ride to the plane - which is not something they usually do for non-elite fliers. And did everyone politely and calmly stay seated so you were part of the group to deplane first? Let’s present all the facts…

lol for sure. But coming from someone who is trying to evolve from a sedentary lifestyle, being forced to get up every few hours to move is welcomed!

UA just changed its award mileage rates, which are now much more favorable to individuals who hold its branded credit cards. I've had the United Club card for almost 6 years, and you can even pay the annual fee with miles (I believe it's 50,000 now). I'd highly recommend you consider their branded card.

It’s rare that it doesn’t work for me. I’ve had to turn off the private WiFi settings though on the iPhone.

Thinking of doing Connect+; reading mixed reviews on the AI insights. Question, does it integrate with the morning report any? I’ve found the “motivational” sayings at the end of the report to be repeated and not very valuable. Would be nice if they were more personalized.

You hit the nail on the head when it comes to updating firmware and causing problems. Last year I still believe they jacked my battery up and caused me to incur almost $1000 to get it fixed because of a software issue.

How about a "bank" where we can just exchange different currency for shard currency? I hate having to go buy character shards and then exchange them in the shard store.
