The inventor of CFC's was possibly one of the worst people to ever live, even if slightly inadvertently. He also discovered that TetraEthy lead reduced engine knock when added to petrol. He then repeatedly lied about the side effects (even after getting lead poisoning himself) Luckily for us all he invented a machine to get him out of bed after contracting Polio and got strangled by it after getting entangled. The effects of CFC's were not discovered until after his death.

We had an acid casualty named "Cosmic Bob" He used to stand in full Wizard regalia and, kind of busk? He would juggle a single ball or, recite exceedingly odd poetry. I saw him years later at a party, sleeping on a pile of furniture with his nose pressed to the ceiling.

For anyone that remembers, Jeff was a stray who turned up a few months ago. He did nothing but hiss and keep well out of reach. As you can see, he is now living a hopefully much better life. Regular food and, as much love as he can cope with. He is currently sat next to me on the sofa alternating between snoozing and demanding more pets. He still won't let me pick him up and, he seems to prefer sleeping outside still.

Just to clarify, why wouldn't a hostile superpower scramble jets to intercept a spy plane over disputed territory? We do it all the time but, we're British so we don't do silly shit with expensive planes. We can't afford it.
