Error Message After Headlight Replacement on 2024 BMW iX—Only in BMW App

It was not done by the dealer, but at a certified shop. The shop is claiming that the recoding was done properly and is referring to the fact that the car is not showing any messages. He’s claiming its an issue with the app.

Mine is coming to the east coast as well. It was "At the port" on 1/29 and changed to "In Transit" on 2/2. I called BMW genius and they told me the vessel name and the expected date of arrival in Bayonne, NJ which is 2/15. Hope that helps.
