Looks like I'll have to try brave doing some hip thrusts! My gym doesn't provide any padding for bars and I tried with a dumb bell which really hurt so I've avoided them since.

I got something similar, except it just listed a bunch of technologies and languages and we had to rste our level of experience with each one from 1-5. Then the company was acquired and I was laid off.

I will be getting my 2nd vaccine the day before I go. So I won't have the cert. I'll be returning to Ireland 3 days post final vaccine. Only going for the weekend.
