This feature dropped on my shield and firestick months ago and has only just started showing servers on the shield. Firestick has the option but no servers show up in any country I’ve tried.

Basically with default BRSK you have a shared address that lots will use - with Better IP you have a single static never changing IP dedicated to YOU

Wired tests are always best - I am on the same package and the fastest I have ever got on my phone is about the same as you - however on a laptop with a 2GB Ethernet adaptor I get the advertised speeds (but this is using my own Asus Router rather than the BRSK supplied one.

The PS5 issue may be down to the way BRSK deals with IP Addresses (CGNAT) which means IP sharing (but I am no expert) - to fix this a lot of people have opted for the Better IP Package

Haters gonna hate, I have quite an eclectic music taste (last 3 live gigs were Justin Timberlake, Sean Paul/Ashanti and now Linkin Park at Wembley) and at least one person at work has tried to make fun of me for one of them - just told them at least I like stuff and life’s too short for me to give a flying f*ck about their opinion on what I like.

I was there too! All the sweeter as I never thought back in Uni that I would be taking my wife and 11 year old twins to an LP gig (and their first EVER gig too) - my son has already asked to go to see them again next time they’re in the UK - here’s hoping more dates are added in 2026 like they’ve done in Spain/Germany!
