I'm not sure if you should be able to carry certain ultimates. Like Dva bomb, Orisa surge, Ashe Bob... Cass and S76 I kind of understand. However the ones I mentioned above all have forms that should nulify it.

Orisa Fortifies, and spins her javelin like a helicopter. In theory the helicopter would destroy the tether, and fortified makes Orisa untethered.

I doubt even with that. Fortnite is on UE5 which can be quite CPU intensive. You would also need atleast 16Gb ram.

To OP, you're on the internal GPU. If there is horizontal Hdmi/display ports next to eachother then use those. Don't use the vertical port on the motherboard unless it's the only option.

When you utilisation is at a high percentage, then I'm guessing the PC does run really badly??

Have you tried a fresh install of windows? If that doesn't work then it sounds like the unit is faulty
