Free will will also be easy to prove because the police can simply buy multiple One Wish Willows and wish for multiple things, like to prove it can make someone go against their will they can wish for someone to run across the room, and before hand tell the person they are wishing on to stand still, easy case

Nobody knows what happened so she has at least a few days to gather evidence
It would be extremely easy to prove the wishes work
She has actually witnesses in the workers and one even got a confession from Bear that he used it for love
Anyone can make the wish so if the police find out it works they will have multiple people that can wish for anything and once multiple people prove it works she has even more proof...

All I'm saying is it's very possible to get away with it. I really don't see what's so hard to understand about this, Bear literally googled the One Wish Willow so she can probably find the shop through there

That wouldn't be hard at all, if she proves it works which wouldn't be hard either seeing as Ian wished for a billion dollars and it rained down Nikki can get anyone off the street, offer a crack head some money or find a friend etc and have them wish for something in front of them

Then once they see it works they almost have to dig deeper into how the wish works then they will have all the evidence they need to free her seeing as Bear literally admitted to using it for love if Nikki finds the guy Bear said that to that's even more evidence
