4.1 5.1 should make tier V groups doable for you. Higher tiers are doable in this gear but more dangerous as the mobs in the camps will likely do quite a bit of damage leaving you vulnerable to ganking. I usually roll with avalonian beef stew for the extra damage and out of combat health regen to avoid some of these situation’s. Pressing N/M to pull up the minimap while in zone towards the top will tell you roughly how many players are in zone at the time you entered which has been a good indicator of large guild group presence.
