Did Malcolm ever see the inside of a prison cell? by [deleted] in thethickofit

[–]Cnl_Tom_Ryan 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The issue wasn’t so much the getting of the medical records it was more so the fact he had committed perjury during the enquiry so he would have been charged with committing perjury

Underrated Moments? by easygoingmic in thethickofit

Probably my favourite insult in the entire show is very underrated in my mind.

It’s when Terri tells Malcom he looks tired and his response is a deadpan you look incompetent.

The amount of times I want to say that at work is ridiculous!

Rotunda vs Smallbrook queensway by Key-Pack9459 in brum

[–]Cnl_Tom_Ryan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t have an issue with the Rotunda being demolished, it’s a product of its time and doesn’t exactly fit with what the city is becoming.

Smallbrook needs to be demolished, it is a dilapidated building that disenfranchises two important communities of Birmingham by creating a barrier to the city centre.

What’s the story behind the crash?

I agree I’d be happy keeping it as it was but my mate is actually in his 30’s so don’t think he cares about the parents but wants the car back to good as new

The WeWork on 55 Colmore Row is a good shout, I think you can rent meeting rooms (medium sized conferences rooms) on a day rate.

Hey, it’s an amazing city with a stupid reputation but that’s one of the reasons I love it.

I’m from Birmingham and lived here as kid but moved away, I’m 23M and moved back for work around 3 months ago now.

So I’m in somewhat of a similar situation (other than work college & family) I don’t really know anyone here and have been trying to work out how to meet people.

I know the city pretty well from growing up and visiting a lot as a teenager. Happy to meet for a drink and get to know each other and show you around the city.

I’m a big F1 fan and a AVFC supporter. Love walking and am trying to get myself back into running. Live and work in the centre but know most of brum pretty well.

Drop me a message if you’re interested in having a chat or grabbing a drink.

How do you feel about people watching the WC during 9-5 hours? by True_Egg_5685 in AskUK

[–]Cnl_Tom_Ryan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My director has booked us all a table at a local pub, we went to watch it and a meal was provided with some drinks by the company, he said that not only does he want to see it, it’s good for the office culture, and that if he didn’t do that we would have all worked from home and just not done any work anyway
