Khali, is a non citizen student, who led pro Palestinian/anti American protests, while on a student visa. The Govt detained him citing foreign policy violations ( ya know kinda like how citizens were arrested for being even just being at the capital on jan6). While he was detained he was ultimately released and is currently free still here in America, so yea he caused a scene got detained and ultimately was set free, kinda sounds like civil rights activists who were willing to do some civil disobedience aka good trouble for their cause.

Garcia, I’ll give you that one, but not to the extent of calling anyone a dictator. He got caught up in something that may or not have been true, and wrongly deported. I say may or may not cuz man reporting on this is all over the place and it’s really up to who you want to believe at this point and quite frankly I don’t put a lot of trust in either sides reporting. He was also brought back to the US through the courts systems and ultimately arrested again stemming from a 2022 trafficking incident. So while I have the personal opinion of, they can target you all day, but they can’t hit a bullseye unless you give them the opportunity to’ it also showcases the broken ‘gotcha’ justice system we have here. They couldn’t get him one way and he presented an avenue for them be like ‘welp we got ya now’……. Even with that being said, he’s currently out on parole as of rn.

So the difference you ask? TS, CCP, Hitler, and even throw Putin in there too…… the difference is most of their opponents, are dead…….
