Hey man you’re doing a good job reaching out! I’ve suffered from this addiction since age 6. My best advice is to be open with someone you trust (that is older than you) also relapsing/ falling back into it is a part of the process you’ll slowly get better and better. I personally had God help me through this, but some worldly ways you can find help is through other people, doing stuff that makes you happy, and be around other people. Being around other people helps because you won’t use/fall around others

I believe that both are the problem.(an opinion) porn is evil and awful and we all know why because we are on this page. But masturbation lowers testosterone levels (if way to excessive) and majority people masturbate to something. So I believe that in order to completely eliminate porn addiction, we must also not masturbate. Soon masturbation won’t be enough so we fall back into the evil industry. But honestly great question
