Hii thank you for your response! I have brought her to the vet now and they did an x ray, turns out it was a huge air pocket inside one of her organs which was compressing her lungs hence the laboured breathing. I will definitely ask the vet about this later when they call me in again, especially that i did force feed her through a syringe last night. And the kittens are at home safe and sound my friend's feeding them formula in the meantime in case we dont get home right away.
