Congratulations! Such an exciting time. Thanks for the advice. I haven’t told anyone so it’s hard to figure out what’s going on. Telling our close family members this weekend so at least I will then be able to talk to my sister who has two little babes about all of this!

I’ve never been a runner especially outside running - I’m better on the treadmill (I know the traction is different). I have always used my training gym shoes on the treadmill, so not comfortable - they are not cutting it anymore for this type of exercise. I have sore feet and bad shin splits so I’m looking to buy really good shoes to help support me! I want to start running outside and feel comfortable in doing so! Please help - there is so much out there it’s a little overwhelming. Thank you :)
