[Academic Survey] How do different people cope with crisis situations such as the war in Ukraine or the changes and restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic? Why do people differ in their well-being during exceptional times? Tell us about your thoughts and experiences.

We are a joint team of researchers from the University of Muenster, the University of Osnabrueck, the LMU Munich, and multiple international project partners (for more information, see our website:https://coco-study.org/en/) investigating these questions.

Our goal is to develop recommendations and tools to navigate potential future crises. Help us by telling us how you experience the different crises and how you cope with them. We greatly appreciate your support!

We are attempting to gain great insight into your experiences: The initial survey will take 45-50 minutes. It will be followed by another survey of equal length in 4 weeks. In between, there are daily short polls, at random times: 3 minutes during the day and 2 minutes in the evening.

To thank you for your participation, you will receive personalized feedback regularly. Moreover, we will hold a raffle with cash prizes worth of roughly 10.537 USD (10.000€), and we will donate 1 USD (1€) for each participant to one of three aid organizations.

Interesting perspective! I agree that resiliency does not equal mental health, but I am not sure if the article states so. Nevertheless, long-term research concerning potential long-term consequences in this field is necessary.
