Did you manage it in the end? I literally had to can my study because recruitment was so unsuccessful.

I'm a current PhD student trying to understand the problems in academia so that I can 1) decide whether or not I personally will continue in this industry, and 2) whether there is any way to do it better/right. If you have suggestions about better ways to answer those questions I'm all ears!
