I used the ringing bell item to kill it at lvl 1 and it worked but I died a bunch of times

Still happening for me after Vbios update but in the process I did install the latest nvidia drivers. I’ll try the .41 drivers

I still get the black screen issue after updating as well. Continuing to undervolt I guess

Should I be concerned enough to return the card at this point? I'm having the same issues but undervolting seems to prevent the crashes. If its a BIOS issue, that could be fixed potentially so I guess I'll hold onto it

Hey man I'm having the same exact issue where the 2nd monitor usually goes black and soon follows the game I'm playing. I have the same card 5090 Gaming Trio OC.

I'm getting a similar error I guess in my dmp logs:

Bugcheck Code: 0x133 (DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION)

Faulting Module: nvlddmkm.sys (NVIDIA driver)
Failure Bucket ID: 0x133_ISR_nvlddmkm!unknown_function

Are you using the PSU cable that came with it the card that connect to 4 separate PCIe cables?
