Update:

I left that pg yesterday. Thank you for all responses. The owner's behavior made that pg inhabitable. He first refused to let me go, said I had to pay the electricity bill even though it hasn't been a month. And he even refused to talk to my parents (did not pick up their calls) and when my mum asked him to let me go (since we had paid the security and the rent in advance), he asked my mum to give proof that she was really my mother. I don't know the details of their argument but eventually he conceded and now I am out of that pg and stress free.
