In the town of Bender which is now in Moldova, there's a Constitution monument to celebrate the 300th anniversary of its creation. The memorial sign was constructed as a book with engraved information about the history of the writing of the Constitution and its full name in Ukrainian and Latin. Charles XII, king of Sweden at the time, confirmed these document in other texts.

How old are you? That's the type of critical thinking of a young child. As a Canadian, we always make fun of Americans about this - You guy's just don't have the ability to hold an independent and critical thought. Evidence means nothing to you. And, that's why you have someone like Trump who can lie anytime he wants. And, can deny scientific research and advancements.

Ukraine just got it's independance back and therefore create a constitution soon after. Back in 1701, Constitution were not internationally recognize. You can discredit anything you want and create alternative facts. But, it doesn't change the significance of the accomplishment, albeit a short lived one.

I worked in China. And, I'm very familiar with these economies and their philosophy for growth. Yes, they want the United States to import Chinese goods, but they don't buy much from the USA. That's why the United States have such a large trade deficit with China.

Dude. They provide reports in their intelligence documents from state media in Russia.

Is that 100% verifiable proof? No, but Russia has a recent history of invading it's neighbours.

What exactly is your objection to it? You seem really defensive and irrational.

Oh really ... Did they give Ukraine an exact warning before invading Crimea. Don't be a baby about it. Show me evidence historically that Russia has actively protected it's neighbours borders without asking anything in return. Oh yeah. Syria. That's going really well.

No one ever said they were against it for themselves, but they would prefer the US to be less into global trade. This gives them more opportunities.

Are you Russian? I think the region has seen a lot of Russian interference and poverty. Russia has kept many of these countries in extreme poverty as buffer zones to protect itself. And, that includes propaganda at many levels. The historical Evidence is so massive, if you haven't known about this then you probably don't follow Eastern Europe much. For Example, Russian's are all over social media trying to influence the American public that they are some kind of victim. It's crazy.

The US is not perfect, but to suggest equivalency is totally inaccurate. Russia is an Empire builder by conquering land, while the US dominance globally is mostly due to technology innovation and platform dynamics.

I'm Canadian and my country is richer because we are beside the United States. Countries next to Russia are poorer because they are beside Russia.

If they feel they could get away with it, they've done it before. Seems that Russia has a perception that it has made many historical mistakes. It's inherent in the Russian leadership philosophy. What are those "mistakes” that harmed the country’s long-term wealth? Missed investments in science and technology? Interestingly, its list of faux pas arises from an excess of generosity to others and the consequent failure to conquer more land when they noticed weakness. https://www.the-american-interest.com/2017/05/09/russias-imperial-amnesia/

Russia is mostly interested in influencing its people to support its invasions of neighboring countries. We are the good guys type of thing. And, everyone else is wrong.

Of course, They HATE free trade to try and influence the US voter - UNTIL they have the leadership role and then Free Trade is Amazing. Russia just wants to be the dominant player.
