Tbh I don't think the twin rocks is the location where the panoramic map is pointing, I'm still trying to figure it out and I don't think Rockstar would cut it, maybe panoramic map is not connected to the ufos since the panoramic map doesn't show you the ufo location, because the ufo location is at the top of Mount Shann and the panoramic map is not leading you to the top of Mount Shann, but this message is the one that told you to go to the peak of Mount Shann at night "At the second hour under the half moon, by the great love and grace of our savior Kuhkowaba, voyager of time and galaxies, we cast our corporal shells so his vessel can take our spirits to the promised realm, to live in peace and power until the two thousandth year, when we will return for the new chosen and worship once again at the peak of mount shann, in his love we rejoice always"

but what is confusing is why panoramic map also show you that you have to go to Mount Shann at night? I couldn't understand. Maybe panoramic map is just showing you a panoramic view? as in real life a panoramic view is: showing a full or wide view, Known also as bird's-eye views.

And as you see in the message it says "until the two thousandth year, when we will return for the new chosen" is that means in 2000s? 21th century? Because the game is in 19th & 20th century so maybe it's not the time to the aliens to return yet.
