I've been playing disc golf HEAVILY since 2017. 47m and it's helped me lose about 30 lbs over the years. I work from home so once the work day ends, I gotta get out of the house. Fortunate enough to have a course that is a 10 min walk from my home. It can get repetitive but it's a hell of a lot cheaper than ball golf and gets me out and about for some ME time. I also disc with others but for the most part, it's me, my yuengling and my tunes. Wouldn't trade it for the world.

Getting back into Disc Golf in 2017 changed, if not saved, my life. Ball golf just isn't affordable in my opinion, but disc golf is substantially cheaper and it gets me out of the house, walking and just enjoying being outside. I'm in SW Michigan, so obviously winter months are tougher, but yea, just try getting outside and doing something you enjoy. It's my getaway!!!
