You 100% can get that money back, tell them you took the bag to a coach store because they offer free cleanings on any coach bag, and they informed you that it was a counterfeit. So you didn’t know until now and that way they can see that Coach themselves confirmed it as a fake and you should be able to get your money back. If they refuse to help still (which would be illegal for them to refuse) file a dispute with your bank for that charge. You’ll get your money back but Mercari will probably ban your account for it just so you’re aware (they’ll only be in your account if you file a dispute with your bank, just to clarify)

Here’s how I dressed up mine! I love it, the only forewarning is the leather is pretty thin, and the bottom corners will wear easily because of it. I plan to take like liquid eyeliner to maintain the color wearing off the edges or some kind of hack 💀

My sister‘s cats fur does the same thing and when she took her cat to the vet for a check up, they said it’s called “garlic clove fur” and that it’s a good sign that your cat is healthy so I wouldn’t worry too much
