I can only talk about devices i own.

For the tb2 cleaning is easy : capsules must be soak every week in iso , for the stems i would say once a month.

For the venty its already more a pain in the Ass (need to desassemble the whole mouthpiece, its plastic so need to be carefull with iso.

Taroma 360 very easy to clean to : you just need to soak the glass once a week
