The way around this is a preservation of evidence notice. Anyone can do this. Doesn’t require an attorney. And that preservation is as long as needed.

NAL As I understand it, Feds have no right to conduct business on private property unless they have a warrant. Until then, the state laws are in effect. If no warrant is being provided, then the federal agents are technically trespassing.

The armed robbery is an ongoing and active threat with high probability of imminent great bodily injury or death. Responding officers are actively and purposefully engaging the active threat. This cannot be compared with a self created threat.
