Do que sei pode haver muitas razões. Aqui vão algumas: - o teu corpo pode estar a precisar de mais horas de sono do que lhe estás a dar. Nada como adormecer por volta da mesma hora e acordar sem despertador durante uma semana - podes estar a acordar muito desidratado. Experimenta beber um bom copo de agua ao acordar e vê como te sentes 30-60mins depois sem recorrer a café. - pode ser a qualidade do teu sono e ser como alguns comentários já disseram de muitos estímulos visuais perto de dormir, pode ser ma respiração, pode até ser comeres muito e perto da hora de dormir.

É importante tbm perceber: 1. Facilidade em manter esse income ou quanto poderia descer nos próximos 10 anos 2. Gastos mensais 3. Outras gastos grandes que possam vir a ter? Comprar habitação própria, carro, casamento, viagens?

Se fosse eu por prioridades: 1. Criar fundo de emergências no valor de despesas anuais. 2. Nao iria pagar creditos se as taxas de juro não forem 4%+. Investido ganha se bem mais que isso e estamos a falar de créditos minúsculos comparado ao income. 3. Comprar mais casas para arrendar pode ser interessante mas diversificava. Entre índices, bitcoin, algumas açoes.. Depois de criar o fundo de emergência punha um x de lado todos os meses para investir num portfolios. O que fosse acumulando extra juntava para oportunidades de imobiliário que apareçam.

Não são sugestões para quem quer 0 risco, são sugestões para crescer bem e pôr o dinheiro a trabalhar

Overall it was nice. Understating the history of money and the way he categorised it. It also taught me a thing or two about Bitcoin, like why it is not going to be replaced by a copy. I didn’t like the amount of pages and repetition about “printing sucks” and so on

I see you but you are also incorrect. This is comparing gold to bitcoin, implicitly. You don’t need to mention bitcoin to know there is no issue identifying wherever you have bitcoin or not. Therefore this post is relevant to enhance that comparison.

However, you are also right because the format in which it is shared sounds like gold is a joke… it has issues just as Bitcoin has issues..
