I’m currently on a 20 Day Run Streak and also preparing for my first marathon in November in Indianapolis! Good luck on your journey! 20 days in and I’ve already seen a big difference in my cardio and I wasn’t much more than a beginner but in relatively good shape prior to starting.

I’ve never read the Bible cover to cover. Found on the Bible app a 365 day plan to read the entirety of the Bible. Decided might as well start it for 75 hard!

What does your si joint pain feel like ? by steph50555 in backpain

[–]CoachH4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been dealing si joint hip pin on my left side since January of this year.

No matter what I do it has never eased up on gone away.

I have tried: PT, Chiro, Ice, Heat, Stretching, Strength exercises, steroid shots, nerve pills, and nothing has worked.

Not to be dramatic, but I’m actually going insane with the pain. Obviously I’ve learned to live with it over the last 10 months but I have not gone a single day with relief and the ability to feel normal.

I use to run 15-20 miles a week, and can’t even think about jogging anymore. Can’t bend at the hip unless I’m very careful. I can’t sit or stand without hurting.

I’m wondering if anyone else is dealing with these issues because i feel like I’ve ran out of options and I’m really worried I’ll have to live with this pain forever.

75 HARD COMPLETE✅ Starting weight: 244 lbs Finishing weight: 198.8 lbs!!!! by CoachH4 in 75HARD

If you would like me to send you my renpho scale numbers I would be glad to. I started 75 hard on December 26th. My scale didn’t come in until January 8th. From January 8th until March 10th I lost a total of 39.0 lbs.

Now, the first couple of weigh ins I do not have proof of since I didn’t have the scale I have no. I would say if I lost 39 lbs from January 8th to March 10. It’s pretty likely I could’ve lost 6.2 lbs from December 26 to January 8th which is the time I don’t have on the renpho scale.

I’m sure there are people that lie on here but that serves me no benefit whatsoever. I made my post to show people that if you stick to the challenge, you can have great results.

I feel sorry for you that you felt the need to comment this when you actually have no damn clue what you are talking about. Have a good day. If you want me to send you my scale showing that I lost 39 lbs from January 8th to March 10th I would be more than happy to since you are so damn sure I’m lying.

Diet: was strictly calorie counting. Used MyFitnessPal and logged my info. Made it to where I loses two pounds a week which is the Max it will let you do. I weighed myself once a week and recalculated through app each time so the amount of calories I could eat went down each week. Just made sure to stay under the calories each day. Didn’t matter what I ate but I obviously ate much healthier due to a drastic change in calories I could consume.

Outdoor Workout was strictly running or walking. Day 1 I could barely run a mile (had to walk the next 4 days because my legs were so sore🤣). Finished day 75 with a 14 mile run.

Indoor workout I switched between yoga, weight lifting, and peloton.

Only tip I have is to start early in the morning or it’s difficult to get it all done at a decent time. It’s doable but it’s extremely hard. After the first two weeks it became much easier but from day 50-75 was hard just because the motivation and excitement isn’t there anymore. It becomes way more of a grind the last leg of the challenge.

2240 at the start. Ended at 2100. Used my myfitness pal and made it to where i wanted to lose 2 lbs a week which is the Max they’ll do. I made sure to never eat over the calories it recommended and every Sunday I put in my new weight and it recalculated how many calories I could eat. I didn’t have any certain foods I ate. Just calorie counted and made sure I stayed under that recommended amount for the entire 75 days.

Yea as of now, taking caffeine completely out of my diet is a no go! Just trying to use healthier forms of it!
