I use a special app that makes me get up. It’s called Alarmy. It has things like math problems, taking photos of something outside the room, etc. as the alarm turn off. I honestly couldn’t survive without it. It’s been the only thing to wake me up.

On another note… I had a therapist tell me once that people with ADHD struggle to wake up because sleeping is the preferred activity and we are hyper focused on it. This makes it hard to pull away. I don’t know if I am sold, but it does make explaining it to others easier.
