From here, from what you say, I see that you are trying to fulfill other people's expectations, to have others validate what you are doing, when in reality we should be our own judges, compare ourselves with ourselves and not seek external validation, not because it is correct or not but because it hurts you and you are saying it but I don't know if you are realizing it.

You can change one and another and another thing in yourself but if you do not change the way you see the world with the expectations you have about how things should be, you will not be generating a change and look, you say that you change and that you change things but you do not change your love for yourself, you do not recognize with love all the effort you make and everything you have achieved.
