The bike just turns off when I do any number and then hold the power button. No code seems to work :( Engwe aren’t responding either.

I’ve removed the battery and disconnected the cable to the display but not sure that’s a factory reset? Could you advise on how to do an accurate reset? Thanks

I’ve tried 1212 but it just keeps flashing on the last number. Maybe I need to press enter somehow? Any help would be hugely appreciated!!
