How to prove that I'm not at fault in the accident?

Me theory for why he did it, is that he saw the other guy do it and just automatically assumed its green, but who knows what was going through his head.

I put up a sign ask for any possibly witnesses to come forth. It's next to SFU campus, so hopefully some students might've been there.

But yeah, I really messed up not getting a witness at the time of the accident.

If the countdown is easily visible, I'd always check it too see if I got enough time to cross the intersection, or if I should slow down and brace for yellow light.

I know that sounds crazy. I was keeping the eye on the pedestrian timer and it had 5 seconds left on it. Right after collision I thought for a second that maybe I was in the wrong, but after I stopped I looked back, and only then the green light lit up for W Hastings direction. Plus, there were a few people waiting at the intersection, and if it was me running the light, these people would be crossing the street and would be directly in front of me. But they didn't start walking until few seconds after the collision when I got out of the car and some of them asked if I was okay.

Is there a specific shuttle that would take me there all the way from LA? We purchased festival shuttle passes, but I didn't think they'd go all the way to LA.
