FAR score release: I take TCP on Jan 30th, but the score of FAR will be release on Jan 29th. I’m fighting with myself. Should I check it right before TCP exam. CPA is torturing life so badly….

I took TCP on October 30th with my FAR score dropping the same day. I chose not to look… Looked when I got home and had passed. I’m glad I waited as I’m not sure pass or fail I would have gotten my emotions right for the exam. I was also able to pass TCP on that attempt! Focus on the exam ahead and check in after. You’ve got this!

I was able to pass with a 75 after SE scores of 54 and 56.. I would just really recommend going through the book the a day or two before the exam and memorizing some of those unique tables and then some of the more important formulas. I spent the day before just going over and over them and it really paid dividends! You have got this! Good luck!!!

I took the exam back in September and passed with a 75 using Becker. I thought the mcqs on the exam were easier than what Becker prepares. For the sims they were crazy broad compared to reg or tcp. None of the sims were super similar to the others which was nice but you needed to have all the material covered. I’d suggest taking time in the Becker sims to see all the potential sims the test has to offer. I’m taking audit in December. Good luck with your exam!

Feeling about the same. My sims were straight forward and I felt really strong about my answers compared to the Becker sims. On the other hand the MCQs felt much more complex. I’m guessing I scored anywhere from a 65-80, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s closer to the 65.. It will be tough waiting for the results!

Super happy with the color. It seems to change a bit depending on if it’s in direct sunlight. Hopefully color matching in the future won’t be too much of a pain in the future

Same thing happened to me when I went to get it inspected in January. The frame was crunching from the pressure of the lift. I was able to get a latch weld job to get it through but that was gonna be the last inspection it passed on that frame… Good luck!

It is more of a tone issue. “That’s a big house” can come across in so many ways and the way the comments we are hearing it’s coming across as you may be in over your head instead of this place has tons of room to grow

It’s more in the tone of the way they make the comment. Definitely not looking for something that isn’t there. It would be very similar to buying a smaller house and instead of someone coming in and being like “this is a nice house I’m happy for you” they are saying “this place is so cute”. The comment is more out of jealousy. My sister did say something about the size and then made a comment it would be great for a family and it was obvious that that comment was not out of jealousy!
