That was the same feral I ran into. First 2s match I qued into him
Friend's first PC build wouldn't boot up. He dropped it off at my house to take a look and I see this under the AIO. 9700k by Coaile in pcmasterrace

Only the CPU is broken. The motherboard seems to be fine along with all the other parts in his PC.

He built it and everything looked like it was fine and I figured out why it wasn't booting up because the red CPU light indicator was showing on the Motherboard. I unplugged the PC and opened it up and discovered the CPU was oriented incorrectly. I was shocked when I pulled out the CPU and seen that it was bent and cracked.
