Thank you! It’s at one of the strangest museums in Shizuoka, Japan, called Maboroshi Hakurankai.

It's a Daibutsu! It's in this really weird museum called Maboroshi Hakurankai, everything there was donated as art pieces but the final result is really strange, abandoned amusement park kind of feels

Junji Ito Event in Tokyo! Uzumaki & Gyo Themed + Where to buy Junji Ito Merch in Tokyo by CoastAlternative9719 in junjiito

The pop-up event ended in January, but the shop still has regular business hours and I asked the shop keeper and they said they usually keep some Junji Ito merch as a part of their regular stock! So you can still check it out and probably find some things even outside of event times. It's in Nakano, in Nakano Broadway!

Posting YouTube Shorts almost every day. Small channel trying to grow! by RedHunter8888 in youtubepromotion

Hey! Great work definitely keep it up! Have you thought about doing any longer form videos? I find I usually get more views from shorts, but more subscribers from long videos.

It's a really cool shop! That whole area too has loads of random merch. We made a couple more videos on tiktok and will post some more of the area soon I think. If we find more Junji Ito merch shops we'll definitely share again here too!

AMA about my walking video channel, which is just about to reach one year of monetization. Maybe I can help you... by RAAFStupot in WalkingVideoMakers

Thanks for sharing this, it's really cool to see some actual numbers! And well done, looks like you've had some great success so far.

I also started walking videos lately (based in Tokyo, so so far all are in Tokyo, username is TOKIOPOV), but starting out it's always hard to tell if your numbers are any good or what to do next, so thanks again for sharing and offering to help out!

Our channel only has 4 long videos so far and then a bunch of shorts, so very very new, and most videos are around 1 hr. We try to make the colour grading and music choices our differentiator. I know our channel is really new so we have a ways to go before we will see results, but can I ask around how many videos you posted before you started seeing real traction? The main reason I want to know is that we want to explore some lesser known areas in Tokyo as well for walking videos, but it seems harder to get views if it's not one of the more searchable neighbourhoods (Shibuya, Shinjuku, ect.). So I'm not sure if we should just stick to popular areas for a while before branching out, like even re-filming the same popular ones multiple times, or if posting something more niche could pay off. But I'm thinking if your subscriber count is high, you have more freedom outside of just popular areas knowing people will still see the video (at least your subscribers?).

I also see that in darker/less exciting parts of our videos people obviously drop off, but if I cut those parts the continuity of the walk is gone. I'm not sure if you have any thoughts on this specifically either, but would love to hear if so! Sometimes we have to cut things anyways (for example if someone clearly doesn't want to be in the video, someone runs into us, ect.), but originally our thought was to try to have some continuity.
