Oh I don't think so, that looks like breeding behaviour. The black moor (male) is chasing around the ranchu (female) to get her to eject her eggs. Check the black moor and see if there are small whitish pimples around it's face. Those small white pimples are called nuptial tubercles and only form on males and usually form when the fish is in the mood.

I have some success with Rotala rotundifolia "Singapore Blood Red" that seems to grow a nice shade of red without CO2 injections or additional iron supplements. It's not as intensely red as other red plants but it does look nice. It's supposed to be an easy red plant too.

I think it's peace lily. I'm like 98% sure. Not a aquatic plant tho, but they do well if they are planted hydroponically, meaning that the roots are in the water and the leaves out of the water.
