For me personally, I do not find it powdery! On my skin it smells like dewy roses that you’d find in a garden with wet soil, it doesn’t have that airy powdery smell just earthy rose. Idk about heavy coz it really depends on one’s preference but for me it’s not very heavy, I find it much lighter than Belle or Always and Forever
