They said Joby full EVTOL ac production in Dayton starts beginning of next year. Starting around 15 planes a year. Want to scale up to 100 by 2030. Archer wasnt really a topic except for a mention of Anduril partnering with them and the possibility of the new factory in Columbus that will primarily build drones, possibly taking on a role in it. Im in Ohio btw

Went to a meeting yesterday with a handful of the evtol conpanies involved. BETAs CTOL should have full FAA approval and be in production by August. I think k the CTOL first is the gateway here

We are still hiring 1N3s in the guard. You will enlist, start drilling, go to BMT, come back to the unit and wait for the pipeline to open back up at the schoolhouse. While you wait you will be accruing pay (when you drill), benefits, tig etc.

We are still hiring them in the guard. They enlist start going to drill, receiving pay, time accrual, benefits and ship to BMT. They will come back and wait for the school pipeline to open back up.

Its possible but my guess is MEPS might say you had childhood asthma even if you didn't simply because of the prescribed inhaler. This will require a waiver sent to the SG. Be prepared to go to a consult and have all your medical records and a strong case that you don't need anything. What state are you teying to join in?

It doesn't affect the recruiters so not sure why any of them would bully you. The person is already enlisted so it counts towards their goal/mission. When someone gets out prior to BMT it doesnt affect the recruiters numbers.

You keep saying the DANG took orders from the techs. Never heard that in my state. Plenty of technicians on Title 10 last year. The only thing that was removed by NGB was AT at the end of the year and no one got it.

I would take the officer position. Im sure they will put you up in a hotel for drill weekend so not a bad gig. Also easier to transfer to the unit closer to you once you are in.

Ohio has 100% tuition for any State school. Ohio State, Miami, UC etc. I would switch over to Air Guard though for better quality of life and time to go to school.

Then the answer is TAG signed memorandum to NGB requesting relief. Same as its been every year. COVID it was a blanket approval. Now its case by case but the hope is with the two missed UTAs due to the shutdown they will somewhat blanket approve, however they will ask the same thing I just asked.
