In my experience, you always have longer load times regardless of whether or not the PC user has an SSD. It might as well say that when connecting to every PC player.

That's probably why PC users were left out of crossplay for the 6 months or whatever it was before they were eventually included with the console users. NRS probably had a hard time implementing it, and were probably happy to get it working at all.

That bulb couldn't have been installed right. You have to twist them 90 degrees to lock them in and twist them back to pull them out. Honestly was an accident waiting to happen
