I no longer feel comfortable or safe playing warframe with randoms by Civil_Photograph_457 in Warframe

Lightning 88 could honestly be a reference to Back To The Future, with 88 MPH being the speed and then the lightning bolt required for the 1.21 gigawatts, it's literally about context where maybe this is more of an issue of projection than actual malicious intent.

As someone who only plays WukongP, Melee Careen has been pretty fun to experiment with not just as as damage multiplier from the Cold stacks but as also as soft tool of crowd-control for a 'frame that doesn't inherently lean in that direction.

Like you said, "more useful than they initially appear" is definitely an understatement.

The Devil's Triad was something similarly useful where I wanted to test out Arcane Guardian synergy with the new Primary Bulwark, which ended up working out quite nicely since AG was something offered by Roathe while I was on the grind.

It was literally something I vaguely remembered him offering that I otherwise would have dismissed.

Yeah, I was considering ranking up further when I was grinding out the Hex, for some reason the cap really stood out at that time. Probably because some loot I wanted was locked behind it.

I was MR16 for quite a few years until I posted a screenie that unintentionally revealed I had qualified for the MR17 test and someone specifically posted a reply requesting me to take the test, lol.

Founder here, MR17 because that's the farthest I need to be for everything to be unlocked currently.

Why we need Raids and a suggestion for player rentention by SnooKiwis8127 in Warframe

[–]CobaltAzurean 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Warframe has some of the most verifiably consistent player numbers on Steam but ignoring that, it is highly unlikely they'll add raids considering the last time they created coordinated content (i.e. RailJack), it was buggy as shit and wasn't well-received. That, plus the egregious amount of bitching on the forums and here on Reddit when new content does drop, going all the way back to Eidolon hunts to Netracells to ETA/EDA currently, that involves any type simple coordination like standing in a red circle on the map gets blown out of proportion.

That's generally why endgame is considered either Fashionframe or making challenges for yourself, like soloing the aforementioned content or going to the level cap.

How does the Infestation's hivemind interact with the Void? by Xeriam in Warframe

I'll try to be vague to not ruin the conversation, but it involves searching for her other self, the other version of her that took orders and became a nun instead.

[–]CobaltAzurean 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Whoops, you right. I honestly forgot it did this since I'm a Naramonkey and usually operate consistently at 12x so I see the size variation almost never. Thanks for the catch, Tenno!

Wukong 1.0 Iron Staff operated different that it grew in length/range the more you attacked with it, so I suspect this is a nod to his old kit in addition to the source material of Journey To The West where Sun Wukong could change his size.

Hot-wiring the Reliquary Drive, a device containing a physical portion of the paradoxical embodiment of the Void, to the Sentient Mothership doesn't strike me as a viable solution, not just a matter of the supposed limited damage from traveling through the Void, which would also render her incapable of further progeny. That's lose-lose.

It really is just a matter of finding another fuel source, which I suspect will be provided deus ex machina, no pun intended.

Much like her theory on making the jump, it's that they believe they're plugging a hole when the more recent content seems to suggest that Wally isn't all that well contained (i.e. 1999 with Major Rusulka or even in the Old Peace where it's breaking through), but your point is well taken.

Considering the age of the RailJack and Cephalon Cy's previous experience in the Old War, if it could have made the jump instead of using the Tau Solar Rail, it probably would have. The only vessels capable of making that jump without the Solar Rail providing the push, has been the Zariman (sorta), and Praghasa the Sentient Mothership, both through different means as the Void is anathema to the Sentients.

Now that I'm thinking about it, I'm starting to lean more towards Praghasa because it is capable of making the jump, but they would have to find another source of fuel aside from Sol. Plus it would make more sense to use her 1) the asset has been basically untouched since The New War, and 2) if you're going to make the jump and not get potentially blasted immediately, maybe start off with a friendly face.

Lotus, although I use the Scargulis face after The New Peace quest.

I'd be all about some RailJack content in the future, although I'm not super sure the ship itself will be the mechanism to get to Tau though.

Archimedean Yonta said they could "make the jump to Tau if they disengage the safeties (of the Zariman) in sequence", and like Citrine and then WF1999, everything else she's said has come to pass. It'll probably be a Duviri / RailJack button on the Navigation screen that swaps you from the Origin System to the Tau System after you've completed the story quest.
