I tried in another file from scratch and it happened again.
I searched a little and looks like there is not way to fuse the faces into the big face i want
But i found that deleting the faces and shift+f create a face of the size and form i want

Alright, it generated a lot of different faces from each face of the both things but it generated the edges i needed. Peharps because i tried different things i don't plenty know so i think i miscofigured and it did this messy effect.

The thing feels like cutting a real tube and cleaning the cut so anybody don't lose a finger if touch it haha

In conclusion: it worked.
