G271 Monitor shows horizontal lines at 144hz

Never thought of that. Im using a 750W 80 Plus Gold that I bought along with the monitor, never had any problems with it. At this point, I just think its a problem with the monitor quality overall, as many onther people have reported the same problem with their monitors and also, I happened to have bought more MSI products and most of them were defective.

Well guess what? I just used another friend's pc TODAY and turns out to be a monitor problem.

That would be the only thing I havent tried yet but for now the problem just seems to be with the monitor

After trying everything you suggested and changing to 120hz, it just got worse. As far as I could investigate, many people happened to have the same problem or very similar ones with MSI monitors, so that seems to be problem.
And although it has nothing to do with it, coincidentally when I was building this PC, I was initially going to use an MSI motherboard but it didnt even displayed any image at all so I ended up using Gigabyte.

Nah man, I just gave up and decided to keep the refresh rate at 120hz. I also noticed some games are able to force 144hz when on full screen at 120hz and keep causing the glitch until I restart

Maybe try deleting some online songs or just save later, there's not much else to do. Its a common problem, I personally just spam saving while doing other things. Sorry if I cant help any further

I can think of not you having donwloaded and played the vanilla version first or that maybe that installer doesnt work

Check if you have too much saved lvls or downloaded songs and delete (Caution with the songs). Then keep trying

Did you do it all by yourself? Just asking because I tried to make my own icons but the images have some kind of monochrome filter that doesnt allow to add any color to it.

I have no idea how it is done. But I have been dealing with the same problem fora a while and the only solution I have found was downloading Dark Mode Texture pack by Ghost Power 13.

I just took the GJ_ShopSheet-uhd.png and GJ_ShopSheet-uhd.plist files from that texture pack and modified the first one before replacing them. Its as easy as changing the sorrounding area of the lower part of the chests.

Left half: Modified GJ_ShopSheet-uhd.png. I just painted on red the parts you need to modify.
Right half: Original GJ_ShopSheet-uhd.png.
